立式铣床垫铁为什么会损坏原因分析

立式铣床上用的垫铁一般使用HT250灰铸铁。HT250灰铸铁强度、耐磨性、耐热性均较好,减振性良好,铸造性能较优,需进行人工时效处理。可用于要求高强度和一定耐蚀能力的泵壳、容器、塔器、法兰、填料箱本体及压盖、碳化塔、硝化塔等;还可制作机床床身、立柱、气缸、齿轮以及需经表面淬火的零件。因其受热变形量较小,常使用于高温场合。

铣床垫铁损坏无非就三个原因:第一是,超负荷,第二是质量不行,第三是安装过程不当。针对这三个原因我们来具体看一下。先看,超负荷。垫铁本身承受的重量是有限的,如果所需安装的立式铣床的重量远远超过了垫铁的承受能力,垫铁就很容易损坏。再来说,质量问题。垫铁本身的质量不合格,由于材质差的原因无法达到所能承载的额度。安装过程不当。立式铣床安装时一定要充分考虑受力,当受力不平衡时垫铁所承载的重力不均匀也很容易使其损坏。

Because of its small thermal deformation, it is often used in high temperature occasions.

The third reason is that there is no iron pad installed properly. For these three reasons, let's take a specific look. First of all, overload. The weight of the pad iron itself is limited. If the weight of the vertical milling machine to be installed far exceeds the bearing capacity of the pad iron, the pad iron will be easily damaged. Let's talk about quality. The quality of the pad iron itself is not up to standard. Due to the poor material, it can not reach the capacity. Improper installation process. When the vertical milling machine is installed, the force must be fully considered. When the force is unbalanced, the uneven gravity of the pad iron is easy to damage.
